Stumped

I have absolutely no idea what to make Chapter 4 in Living With Evil about.
I keep on thinking about it, but it is like, impossible for me to do it. I don't know what is wrong!
I'm sitting here right now, staring at my laptop screen, listening to Lucy Evilange scream and yell for some weird reason... with no idea what to do.
