Some updates

Well, I know I said I would have Goth Manor from Sims 2 up a few days ago, but I'm just really lazy and don't feel like finishing it right now. Hahahh. I will have it done SOON though, I promise. I just need to get motivation. Also, I'm really too excited to start my new idea, so there is another reason why I won't finish Goth manor.

My next build, which I probably will start right after I finish this post, is going to be a Southern style Colonlial. (I know, another colonial! I'm sorry, but I just love the style of colonials) There is going to be 3 dormers, as well! I haven't uploaded a house with dormers yet, I don't think, so this'll be a first for those people who download my lots! :D I'm quite excited. I am going to spend a lot of time on this house, so don't expect to see it for 1-2 weeks.

I haven't played the Sims since like.. last weekend, so I'm proud of myself. I needed a little break from being in my room on the computer.. Spend too much time up here!

Well, off to start building my Southern Colinal. I'm sooo excited! :D

Sorry for not being around much in the past few days.. Not really in the mood for Sims. Tomorrow, though! :)

Had an interview at Red Mango earlier. First interview ever. I did bad, i was so nervous. I probably won't get the job, but I hope I do! :0

Another terrible movie..

Okay, maybe not terrible. I just got done watching I Am Number Four, it wasn't horrible, but it definitely wasn't good. It was just alright. It was super boring and dragged on until the last half hour! I thought there was going to be way more action, but nope. Bits and peices during, and then the last thirty minutes. Seriously, movies now-a-days are getting worse and worse.


Well, as for Goth Manor, mentioned in my last post, it will not be getting done today, as I got busy after I wrote that last post. It will either be up tomorrow, or wednesday! I PROMISE.

Well, off to bed. It's 12:30am and I have sleep problems so won't fall asleep until like 3am :( I have to help my brother move back into the house tomorrow. Bleggghh, I do get to meet his boyfriend for the first time, even though they've been dating for 8 months! Haha, I'm excited/nervous!

Goth Manor - Sims 2

So about a month ago, I started building Goth Manor from Sims 2 in my Sims 3 game. Well, right now I'm fininshing it and it is going to be up later today or tomorrow in my studio! It's looking great so far, and I think people will be excited to see it. I'll post a link in this post once it is uploaded!

Wasn't as good as I'd hoped..

So I watched Insiduous last night.. I was expecting it to be the most scary movie I have ever seen. Well, I'm obsessed with horror movies, and have seen tons, and that was not the scariest I've ever seen. It wasn't that scary at all, actually. Maybe the first 20 minutes were scary, but after they brought in Lin Shaye, the whole movie got ruined. After I have seen her in King Pin and Boat Trip, I cannot take her seriously at all. I just picture her wiggling her tongue and she just grosses me out. Her best part in this movie was when she got killed!(Not that I want her to die in real life, or anything) And the whole "Lipstick Demon" thing was so dumb looking, it wasn't even scary. It looked like something out of a cartoon. My brother told me that it was one of the scariest movies he's ever seen and said once I watched it, it would keep me from sleeping for a few nights, but it didn't. It was pretty much a remake of the first Poltergeist movie.. same concept really.

They really could have had a great scary movie going on, if they kept doing what they were doing the first 20 minutes.. but nope, they ruined it.

Anyways, I finished my articles for Composition Magazine. I'm quite happy with them and can't wait for Issue 3 to come out. This is the first Sims 3 magazine I have been apart of, and Issue 3 is the first Issue I'll be in. I didn't get to work on my desk this weekend, because I need help getting it out of the corner it is in in my basement, and my parents didn't feel like helping me. They also are the ones that have to buy the sandpaper and paint, and they didn't want to go out and buy it, they gave no reason, but I guess it is okay because I was pretty lazy this weekend. Maybe later this week I'll get it done.

I'm going to see Harry Potter 7.2 next weekend. I can't wait! I love Harry Potter. I would have gone this weekend right when it came out, but I really hate crowded theatres and it's probably going to be crowded for that movie until at least Wednesday. I guess I can wait a little longer. I jsut wish it wasn't over. :( Hahah!

Well, off to play the Sims and go on the forums! :)

I am very excited!

So I have this old desk in my basement that looks rustic and stuff.. and I've wanted to paint it white for a while now and put it in my room. So this weekend I am finally going to paint it, but instead of painting it white, I am going to be painting it a pale blue! I am so excited. I am also going to be repainting my dresser and side table white.. because tehy have gotten ruined over the years. I have had them since I was like.. 8 but I don't care because they are the vintage looking style that I love. I think I am going to paint the knobs on them a pale blue, as well. Gosh I am so excited. I have watched so many design shows where they take old furniture and refurbish it, and I've always wanted to do it myself, but never have, until this weekend! Woooot! I will post pictures. :D
